Rajmani (born 2018)
Marwari gelding from Gujerat. He was purchased from a breeder by my friend and then kept on a farm near Ahmedabad. Gelded in November 2020, he arrived at our farm in March 2021 for his training. Currently I am training him to become a riding horse. He is dominant and has learnt to be naughty. Since he is out with the herd, he has become much more relaxed and calm. He will still question me once in a while, but he is less cheeky and almost stopped nipping and taking everything in his mouth.
Raj Ambika (born 2019)
Marwari filly born on our farm. Her dam is our mare Ashtami, one of our long-standing safari horses. Her sire is the famous stallion Siddhraj, multiple horse show winner. Her grand-sire is the Udaipur Palace Stallion Raj Tilak. Raj Ambika is a piebald filly, quite sassy in the herd, but friendly and open with people. She learned her foal ABC and does occasional ground work training and some walks with me. When she was a small filly, I took her along on rides, so she has already been outside and had some experiences with different animals such as cattle, buffalos and dogs. She is cautious around things she does not know, but not shy or panicky. If you give her time to check things out, she will. I am positive she will turn into a great riding horse and thanks to her good breeding and confirmation will make an excellent breeding mare in future. She is for sale to a good home.
Aisha (born 2014)
Marwari mare born on our farm. Her dam is Anokhi, daughter of Ashtami. Her sire is Ekling, son of our mare Kirti. Thus she is the third generation of our small breeding operation and she has a black heart on her right shoulder. Named after a horse I used to ride when I was a teenager, she a wonderful trail riding mount, always eager to go, sure-footed and responsive. She is all I am looking for in a Marwari horse.
